This is a senior officer role with state‑shaping impact. Reporting to the Executive Director (Commercial & Program Governance) within the Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office (RIDO), the Director (Program Performance & Reporting) sets the performance, financial and governance lens for a multi‑billion‑dollar rail investment portfolio critical to Queensland’s future, including delivery ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Operating at enterprise level, you shape how risk, value and benefits are understood by senior executives, central agencies and government decision‑makers. Your work underpins disciplined investment decisions across complex, safety‑critical environments and ensures public funds are managed with authority, transparency and purpose, leaving a lasting imprint on Queensland’s transport network.
