The Organisational Change Manager (OCM) is a key member of the QAS Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Transition Program delivery team. The OCM is responsible for leading & managing the organisational change activities associated with Machinery of Government (MoG) transition initiatives, including the transition & disestablishment of ICT services from the current provider to alternate supplier arrangements. This role will lead the planning, coordination & delivery of organisational change management & workforce transition activities to support affected staff through the MoG change process & ensure business readiness, continuity of operations, & successful transition outcomes. The position requires strong experience in organisational change management, workforce transition, stakeholder engagement & human resource management within complex operational environments
