The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is seeking a motivated Casual Assistant Operations Officer to join the Regional Operations team in Townsville. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, assist with passenger and school transport services, process applications, maintain records, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. You’ll work collaboratively with a small team, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to the efficient operations of the unit. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
