The First Nations Cultural Practice Manager provides high level strategic advice and leadership with regard to stakeholder engagement, workforce development and evidence based cultural practice for youth justice services within the Brisbane and Moreton Bay Region. This position will lead activities and projects to support the ongoing development of cultural capability across the region and within partner organisations, support the recruitment and retention of First Nations staff, strengthen regional partnerships, and improve service delivery outcomes for First Nations young people, families and communities.
