The purpose of this role is to provide expert clinical leadership and coordination to scope, develop, implement, embed and continuously improve Day Surgery by Default (DSbD) and Criteria Led Discharge (CLD) models of care across Surgical Services as part of the SAFEST SurgiFLOW program. The coordinator leads data informed clinical redesign, stakeholder engagement and change management processes to support improved patient outcomes, patient experience, surgical flow & health system performance. The role supports implementation across planned and unplanned surgical pathways, ensuring DSbD and CLD principles are applied consistently to appropriate procedures and patient cohorts • Temporary Full-time opportunity to 30 June 2027!
