Your contribution The Director, Investment and Commissioning, Child and Family provides strategic leadership to support delivery of the department’s transformational reform agenda to revitalise front-line outsourced service delivery, develops the strategy for procuring program specific outcomes from non-government organisations (NGO) and other providers of outsourced services, and monitors program performance, outputs and outcomes to assess value for money and ensure accountability in and to Government. The Director oversees investment and commissioning strategic and operational processes and has demonstrated expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams, building capability, promoting standardisation, embed modern digital approaches and champion sustainable and innovative solutions.
