The redevelopment of Macquarie Point is an urban renewal project in central Hobart, which will see a former industrial site revitalised into an exciting mixed-use precinct incorporating a multipurpose stadium. As Leader, People and Culture you are responsible for leading initiatives that help all staff contribute to building a diverse, inclusive, empowered and effective team. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). You will ensure that people processes and initiatives are aligned to business needs and are implemented and support organisational change as the Corporation transitions through stages of planning and delivery
