Lead a high-performing claims function delivering complex, high-value outcomes for the Queensland Government Insurance Fund. As Manager, Claims, you will oversee a team managing personal injury, medical negligence and/or liability claims, guiding matters from assessment through to resolution. This role combines technical claims expertise with leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic oversight, ensuring effective risk management and best practice outcomes across government. Drive continuous improvement, manage legal and external provider relationships, and contribute to whole-of-government risk insight at a senior level.
