Reporting to the Executive Manager Training and Development, you will lead the functions of the team and oversee the planning and execution of staff development training across the state, as well as maintaining oversight of the delivery of the program of work. You will develop programs and frameworks to support best practice operational training for RFSQ staff and contribute to the development of innovative capability enhancement initiatives to ensure training enhances regional operations and service delivery.
