The role of Manager, Co Responder is to lead and manage the South-East Region Youth Co Responder teams Logan and Gold Coast ensuring the provision of effective high-quality services and support for the development and further enhancement of Co Responders across youth justice service delivery. The role works within the Regional Service Delivery Operations Directorate and manages Co Responder practice enhancement initiatives across the full continuum of Youth Justice including early intervention, community and detention-based settings with the aim of supporting young people to divert away from formal justice intervention and to reduce their reoffending.
