Health and Wellbeing Queensland is seeking a motivated Corporate Services Officer to provide high-quality administrative and corporate support to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation.In this role, you'll manage financial processes such as invoicing, budget monitoring, and reconciliations, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.You'll also oversee day-to-day facilities and ICT support, including asset management and basic technical troubleshooting.Working closely with the Senior HR & Corporate Services Advisor, you'll support onboarding, payroll verification, and continuous improvement initiatives, making a valuable contribution to the team's success.
