Do you want to help apprentices, trainees, and Queenslanders build skills and secure rewarding careers?Are you passionate about vocational education and training (VET) and strengthening local workforces?We are seeking a motivated Senior Field Officer to join our regional team and help shape Queensland’s VET system.You will work with businesses, industry groups, training providers and community organisations to address workforce needs, support young people, apprentices, trainees and jobseekers, and contribute to Queensland’s economic growth.In this role, you will lead and support a team of regional Field Officers who work directly with apprentices, trainees and employers to deliver programs and initiatives.Together, you will empower communities, improve access to quality training and connect people to priority industries.
