In May 2025, the TFS-SES Executive released the Culture Review Report to all TFS and SES members. The Report was delivered by independent consultants, EB&Co. The Respect 360 Program is the body of work to implement actions to support implementation of the Review recommendations. The TFS-SES Executive will work alongside the Culture Implementation Lead and their team to support business units to co-design meaningful actions and programs of work to address the recommendations. The focus of the Culture Implementation Lead role will be to lead a small team within the Office of the Fire and Emergency Services Commissioner to support the TFS and SES to lead and drive organisation change initiatives from the TFS SES Culture Review with the focus on shaping and improving workplace culture. This work will support the culture vision for our organisations: The vision for the TFS and SES are cultures based on our organisational values.
