The Director Fire Communications is required to lead by example and model QFD values and behaviours in the delivery of the responsibilities of the role. Reporting to the Assistant Commissioner, State Operations Directorate, you will lead and manage the functions of the QFD Fire Communications Branch; and in cooperation with other State Operations Directorate (SOD) Branches, work collaboratively with key business teams across QFD and other industry stakeholders with a focus on sustaining and improving the planning, readiness and safe provision of operational services to the community.
