An AO6 Team Leader vacancy is available in the Debt Management Centre (DMC) division of the Queensland Revenue Office. This position is based in our Southport office and flexible work options may be requested. The DMC undertakes targeted and proactive penalty debt collection and enforcement action through inbound and outbound call interactions in a contact centre environment.
