The Principal Vendor and Contracts Officer role requires you to supervise a specialist team that liaise with and build productive relationships across the Information Technology Services (ITS) branch and vendors. The Principal Vendor and Contracts Officer is responsible for leading, establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with Department of Justice (the Department) customers, stakeholders and vendors, employing active contract management and regular communication to ensure customer business needs are understood and met. Additional responsibilities include procurement activities, such as invitations to offer, requests for quote, software renewals, general ICT purchasing and contract administration activities.
