You will possess strong knowledge of inclusive education and behavioural engagement support, applying a trauma-informed approach to managing complex student cases. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working in genuine partnership with families and external agencies. Your leadership will support and inspire staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning while fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture.
