Laidley State High School is seeking an experienced and committed educational leader to join our Leadership Team as Head of Special Education Services (HOSES).In this key role, you will lead inclusive education practices across the school, driving a shared understanding of inclusion and improved outcomes in student learning, engagement and wellbeing. You will provide strong relational and instructional leadership to the Special Education team, supporting staff to plan, implement and document high-quality differentiated teaching practices, with a focus on students requiring substantial and extensive adjustments.
