The role of Manager is to lead and manage the Youth Justice Service Centre in the delivery of high quality youth justice services to clients and communities through the implementation of quality case management systems/practices/standards and service delivery framework, the delivery of restorative justice processes where required, the establishment of enduring productive partnerships with youth, families, court, Child Safety, the community, the public and non-government sectors, and the ongoing professional development and management of staff.
