The Manager, Business Partnerships, is responsible for leading the Business Partnerships team and assisting the Director, Employee and Industrial Relations, with brokering cross-team partnerships and consultation to deliver timely, quality and seamless people services to the organisation’s leaders and clients. Additionally, the Manager, Business Partnerships, oversees the provision of expert employment relations services including human resources advice, complex case management, and workforce education to client groups within the department.
