To deliver culturally appropriate, practical prevention, early intervention support services to families utilising a range of strategies, including consultation, support and advice, to strengthen the family unit and assist in the diversion of families from the statutory child protection system. In this role you will work within a multidisciplinary team and provide high quality, culturally appropriate, child protection services to children, families and carers serviced by the Child Safety Service Centre. You will also support colleagues and management in the delivery of statutory child protection services within a strengths-based, safety-oriented framework for practice.
