We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a proven ability to lead and manage teams, particularly in high-pressure environments with competing priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of educational engagement strategies, case management, and working with vulnerable students and families, as well as expertise in trauma-informed practices to support those experiencing significant challenges. With demonstrated experience in multi-agency collaboration, you will be skilled in coordinating responses across schools, government agencies, and external service providers to address complex needs. Your ability to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with high-risk behaviours and complex family dynamics will be critical to success in this role.
