As a Principal Legal Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing authoritative legal advice on complex, high-impact matters that shape Transport and Main Roads’ (TMR) operations and projects. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, offering clear, practical and timely advice on a diverse range of legal issues. These include contractual and commercial arrangements, property, construction and major projects, procurement, planning and environmental matters, disputes, litigation, administrative law and statutory interpretation. Your ability to navigate sensitive and multifaceted issues will be key to enabling sound decision-making.
