As Senior Child Safety Support Officer, you will take a leadership role within the team, be responsible for systems and process development and compliance for the team; receipt, triage and allocation of referrals for the team; equity and balance of work across the team members; and support and onboarding of new team members. You will manage family time support, contact centre oversight, transporting and other support tasks expected of CSSOs in the team, as well as the administrative and emergent tasks associated with team scheduling, training and develop, and mentoring as required. Reporting to the Senior Practitioner, you will receive fortnightly supervision and work with the Senior Practitioner to progress goals and changes within the team as needed.
