Lead the delivery of high-quality healthcare services across rural communities in Northern East Tasmania. As Director of Nursing, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across inpatient, residential and community-based services, ensuring safe, effective and responsive care aligned with organisational priorities and community needs. You will manage clinical services, workforce, and resources while fostering strong partnerships with multidisciplinary teams, government and non-government stakeholders, and the community. This role plays a critical part in driving service improvement, clinical governance, and innovation in rural health delivery.
