We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our school community. This rewarding role provides an opportunity to support the wellbeing, mental health, and educational engagement of students through counselling, advocacy, case coordination, and collaboration with families, schools, and community services.As a school-based Social Worker, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide professional social work services that support positive outcomes for children and young people. Through individual and group interventions, family engagement, and strong partnerships with external agencies, you will play a vital role in enhancing student wellbeing and helping students achieve their full potential.This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.40FTE), 30 hours per fortnight.
