Queensland Shared Services (QSS) is seeking an accomplished and customer centred senior leader to lead the delivery of high quality, contemporary payroll services across Queensland Government. This is a pivotal leadership role with accountability for workforce outcomes for thousands of employees across the state. You do not need to have experience in payroll or HR, your direct reports and teams possess these technical capabilities. The role requires a leader with extensive experience leading large teams of 100 or more staff delivering services. You will provide strategic leadership of large, multi disciplinary teams and will play a key role in shaping the future of payroll services. This includes leading and influencing significant change initiatives, strengthening service performance, and delivering major service transformation.
