The Mount Isa Housing Service Centre is seeking a full-time Senior Housing Officer. This role requires strong supervisory skills to effectively lead a team of Housing Officers. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to balance team support with task management, while also providing guidance and assistance in handling complex customer interactions. This frontline role is primarily office-based with regular fieldwork in Mount Isa & the surrounding region Starting Salary: $90,868/annum (AO4 classification) $3,483 gross/fortnight, plus up to 12.75% employer superannuation contributions and annual leave loading. Salary Progression: The AO4 classification offers four incremental pay levels, with annual increases over four years, reaching a maximum salary of $99,582/annum.
