Start a new journey with West Moreton Health! This role will provide mental health assessment, formulation, treatment planning, intervention and case management to children and young people (aged 0 to 18) who have or at risk of developing severe and complex mental health needs, or whose needs cannot be met by other services. This role is required to participate in providing support to the Ipswich Emergency Department as part of the Acute Response Team on-call roster during business hours and extended hours services.
