Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Lived Experience Workforce to provide leadership, supervision, and strategic direction for our growing lived experience workforce across the Wide Bay region. In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen the integration of lived experience perspectives into service delivery, promote recovery-oriented practice, and support the professional development and wellbeing of lived experience staff.
