As an Assistant Advisor within the Central Recruitment Team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Workforce Development Programs. You will contribute to the success of programs such as Yarn & Grow and Walk With Us by providing high-quality administrative, operational, and stakeholder support. Your work will ensure the smooth coordination of program activities, efficient management of resources, and the delivery of meaningful outcomes for participants.This role requires a proactive and organised individual who is passionate about supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce development initiatives.You will work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and contribute to improving processes and systems to enhance program delivery.
