The Assistant Policy Officer contributes to policy implementation, projects and initiatives to improve public housing service delivery. They assist the Policy team create supporting documentation, edit existing documents, and quality check all documents prior to publishing. The Assistant Policy Officer will ensure all policy files are kept up to date and organise the publishing of all policy documentation. In addition, the role will monitor and respond to email and telephone enquiries from stakeholders seeking policy information, or assistance with supporting documentation.
