If you are a library professional with a passion for exceptional client service and a commitment to supporting the information and research needs of all Queenslanders, this opportunity is for you.We are recruiting for one permanent position working Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, and 2 temporary positions working Sunday, Monday and Wednesday OR Thursday, Friday and Saturday.In this role you will work across service points in the State Reference Library, and the John Oxley Library, as well as via phone and online channels, providing guidance to clients accessing State Library collections and services.You will also connect clients with our collections and resources through an extended enquiry service, the development and delivery of public programming, and creation of support materials, web content and blogs.
