Queensland Corrective Services Academy is seeking an experienced Principal Adviser, Operational Training to lead the delivery, quality and continuous improvement of custodial operational training across Queensland. In this senior role, you will manage a statewide team of Staff Training Coordinators, oversee program consistency and compliance, and ensure training aligns with operational needs and RTO requirements. You will build strong relationships with correctional centre leadership, drive capability development, and contribute to strategic training planning and reporting. This position plays a critical role in strengthening workforce readiness and supporting safe, effective correctional operations.
