The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is seeking a proactive AO3 Operations Support Officer to join the Regional Operations team in Toowoomba. This permanent full-time role involves delivering frontline customer service, administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS), monitoring service contracts & ensuring compliance with legislative guidelines. You’ll work as part of a small team, liaising with stakeholders to support efficient operations & contribute to TMR’s vision of connected, sustainable communities. You will have strong communication, teamwork & organisational skills are essential, along with a current C class driver licence and the ability to travel within Queensland.
