Join our Cairns RoadTek team, as a Field Training Coordinator, where you’ll deliver mandatory and technical training to ensure our civil construction and maintenance teams are skilled in the standards, systems, and tools essential to their work. You’ll review and refine training programs, assess staff capability in the field, and ensure training delivery meets operational and business needs. RoadTek is a commercial business within the Department of Transport and Main Roads. We provide transport infrastructure solutions for projects across Queensland.
