As the Program Manager you will lead the delivery of high-quality regional services for the Department of Trade, Employment, and Training (DTET). In this role, you will engage with key stakeholders to build strong partnerships, identify and implement innovative solutions to complex strategic challenges, and enhance service delivery aligned with the region’s vocational education and training agenda. You will oversee the management of projects and events supporting government and departmental initiatives, while supervising a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional service delivery through effective performance management, workload allocation and capability development.
