The Team Leader Ancillary Services is responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient, effective and safe catering, cleaning, laundry and maintenance services for young people and staff, in line with all relevant legislation and industry standards.The role oversees day‑to‑day operations, including staff performance management, workforce planning and rostering, financial oversight and the maintenance of a continuous quality improvement framework.The position promotes open communication, innovation and adaptability to drive service excellence and operational efficiencies.The Team Leader manages kitchen, laundry, cleaning, grounds and maintenance teams, ensuring the provision of nutritious meals and a clean, well‑maintained centre that supports safety, wellbeing and regulatory compliance.
