The Director, Policy & Design, provides strategic leadership in the design and implementation of policy and regulatory frameworks to ensure the effective delivery of the Child Safe Standards and Reportable Conduct Scheme, in alignment with the Child Safe Organisations Act 2024 (CSO Act). You will also work with government and sector partners to advance child safeguarding and information sharing to improve safety, accountability, and evidence-based outcomes for children and young people.As a member of the Executive Leadership Board (ELB), you will partner with senior leaders to build and implement business operation strategies and practices aligned to the strategic objectives, to enable the Commission to deliver its outcomes and drive a positive culture.
