For most matters, the powers and functions of the Commission are exercised by a Member sitting alone, although some powers and functions are exercised only by a Full Bench of the Commission. The role is to act as a personal and confidential aide to Commissioner Knight, in and out of the Commission, in connection with the Commissioner's duties. The role also provides executive support to the Commissioner regarding all activities required to administer the Commissioner’s case workload efficiently and effectively
