To undertake a relevant Certificate IV qualification and structured on-the-job training to develop the knowledge, skills, and practical experience required to support the successful delivery of capital works, minor works, and planned maintenance programs under the guidance of Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timeframes, scope, and budget.
