We are seeking an Acting Deputy Principal who is an instructional leader with a strong moral purpose and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for every student. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to lead with clarity, build collective efficacy, and align their work to our Explicit Improvement Agenda—particularly in reading and student engagement. They will be highly skilled in using data to inform teaching and learning, leading professional conversations, and ensuring consistent, high-quality practices across classrooms. A visible, relational leader, they will foster trust, support staff capability, and actively contribute to a culture where every learner feels connected, confident, and successful.
