The role of the Intensive Case Management Caseworker provides high quality and professional casework services to young people subject to a youth justice intervention, with a strong emphasis on incorporating family work with the aim to reduce of reducing re-offending. The Intensive Case Management caseworker serves as the central hub for all agency contacts, collaborating with both government and non-government partners to coordinate service delivery and ensure that necessary actions and referrals are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
