Lead and manage the Organisational Support unit in the delivery of a range of functions such as human resources administration, work health and safety, workforce culture and wellbeing, capability building, emergency response coordination and other services to support the Department of Corporate and Digital Development to achieve its corporate goals and responsibilities. The role is expected to operate with significant autonomy in the delivery of strategic and operational objectives.
