Lead the strategic planning, project delivery, and operational management of property and facilities initiatives as the Manager, Property and Facilities at the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB). In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of fit-for-purpose office accommodation and Customer Service Centres, manage leasing activities, ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, and drive innovative and efficient property solutions. With five direct reports, you will foster a highperforming team, manage budgets, and build strong stakeholder relationships to support the department’s strategic goals.
