The role of Senior Service Support Officer is to implement and coordinate a range of group and individual program activities to address the causes of young people’s offending and responding to their support needs within an overarching goal reducing the overrepresentation of Indigenous young people in contact with the youth justice system. The Senior Service Support Officer works in collaboration with Team Leaders and Caseworkers to ensure that programs and services are delivered in accordance with case plans and fulfil the statutory requirements of youth justice orders.
