Reporting to the Assistant Chief Officer [District], you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of comprehensive volunteer training programs, in alignment with the statewide rural firefighting training framework. You will lead a network of Area Training Officers and ensure volunteer training is planned, delivered and evaluated to a high standard across the district. The role has strong linkages with the RFSQ Training unit and will have on-the-ground responsibility for the uplift of volunteer and Brigade capability in line with RFSQ strategic objectives.
