Join our team as a OO4 Community Engagement Ranger at Rainbow Beach and help connect visitors and communities with QLD'S unique coastal environments. This hands-on role combines visitor engagement, customer service, sales, and the development of communication materials to support conservation and recreation outcomes.The successful applicant will bring experience in staff supervision, workplace health and safety, natural resource management, and visitor compliance. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.The role includes regular compliance patrols in high-use recreation areas such as Cooloola and Inskip Peninsula. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required. Make a difference by helping protect Queensland’s coastal treasures while promoting safe and enjoyable visitor experiences.
