Springwood Central State School is seeking a skilled and proactive Family Support Coordinator to strengthen connections between families, early-childhood services, community organisations and the school. In this Kindergarten-Year 2 focused role, you will identify and engage families prior to enrolment, support successful transitions into school, and connect families with external supports to remove barriers to learning. The role is central to improving student engagement, attendance and wellbeing through strong, respectful relationships with families and coordinated service provision.
