Perform high level research, planning, analysis, evaluative and reporting functions for the strategic management of the Homes Tasmania asset portfolio, and community infrastructure projects and objectives. Assess the merits and constraints of potential acquisitions in line with strategic objectives and the land use planning system, including management of property acquisitions and transfers into the asset portfolio.
